Cancellation Policy

All appointments must be paid in full as per the agreement for each service &/or package prior to scheduling. All payments are non-refundable once paid. Rescheduling your appointment must be done at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. You can do so through the website, a personal email or direct text. Any less than 48 hours notice will result in your payment for that appointment being forfeit. To ensure the most rewarding session possible, it is important for all sessions to begin on time. If for some reason you are unable to make your scheduled appointment time, you will need to reschedule.
