Having someone next to you who is familiar with the territory, who has wadded through the muck of illusion, swam the rivers of fire and risen from the flames of renewal, (ash covered and laughing like a fruit-drunk kookaburra), is comforting and steadying. When everything feels undone and strange, it's nice to have someone hold the lantern so you can see the light.

While our work together may alleviate anxiety, lighten depression and even heal emotional wounds, everything you experience will be of your own doing. I am not a licensed therapist or medical professional.
It is not career counseling.

I've worked with coaches before and they all wanted me to stay connected to them which got really old. But you say if you're doing your job I won't need you. As nice as that sounds, isn't that bad for business?
It does seem counter intuitive, but I firmly believe only you know what's best for you. As your mentor, teacher and advocate my single most important role is to remind you of what you already know but forgot when you put on your earth space suit:
You are a divine being, eternal and infinite,
You have direct access to the answers you seek.
I can help you strengthen muscles and gain skills but the wings are all yours. And wings -- were meant to fly not stay stuck in a tree close to the nest.
True teachers don't foster dependence, they encourage independence. Anything else is a disservice to you and disrespectful of the perfect expression of Source that you are.
What's the difference between Spiritual Mentoring and Life Coaching?
A Life Coach is trained to help you identify your strengths, clarify your ambitions and work with you to create goals for your personal and professional life.
A Spiritual Coach will dive deeply into your beliefs and help you identify your purpose. They will educate you on how you interact with and effect your reality, showing you how powerful you really are. Ultimately a Spiritual Coach will show you the wings you never knew you had and help you refine and understand every magical feather.
Is Spiritual Mentoring religious?
Not at all. We address the Loving essence behind religion. The energy spoken of in ancient, secret texts that defies description and cannot be contained. The Truth of Who and What we truly are, Divine beings having a human dream.
I really want to develop my intuition and other psychic "gifts". Is that something Spiritual Mentoring can help with?
Of course! In fact, it's part and parcel of the whole. As you understand the nature of energies, the Universe, your place in it, and your intrinsic divinity, all of your abilities wake up and come on line. What was once para-normal and super human, becomes just normal human.
I think I'm experiencing a "spiritual awakening", but I'm not sure. There's so much conflicting information out there I don't know what to believe or what really to do.
You're right, there is a mountain of information about "spiritual awakenings" out there and so hard to know what's real and relevant. Especially since a fair amount of it is built on misunderstandings, misinterpretations and misinformation that's ultimately misguided.
A good guideline is if it comes a with a subtext or overt of fear in of it's forms (worry, anxiety, judgment, bitterness, shame, guilt, etc.) and/or rigid rules, it's misguided and ultimately won't help you.
Look for anything that is soothing and empowering, that turns you back to you and not something or someone you must follow.
